To ensure your cherished contents are permanently secured, we highly recommend using a non-water soluble adhesive to seal the pendant after filling it. This extra step will provide added peace of mind for preserving your precious keepsake.

Returns:
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, you can return your product within 30 days for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send a message and provide your order number along with a brief reason for the return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received, the refund can be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your account statement.

Return Shipping:
In most situations, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. However; if you're returning a faulty product, we will repay the shipping costs for returning.
