Our pottery throwing kit by Clae, has beautiful hand made throwing & turning tools, twisty wiggle cutting wire, 2kg of locally made textured clay, your own workbook showing you all the basics, tips & ticks you need to know, with a bonus how to project and a small ware board for your creative items.
We put these together so that if you want to either 'give it a go' or you have invested in a pottery wheel but just need a little it of inspiration & guidance to get you going at home....you can!
Keep an eye out for our bespoke single projects, 4 week projects, glazing technology, Clae making & throwing classes listed every term. We like to keep our classes small so you can get our undivided attention to create something fabulous, so book a space for you and a friend as soon as you see one as they get snapped up fast. We also do group bookings so get in touch if you are thinking of a work do, bridal shower, group of friends...or any reason to just go potty with Clae.
Please note that if you are collecting you must let us know a time Wednesday-Saturday between 10-4pm, so we have have your goodies ready for contactless collection during level 3, collection address is 27 Essex Street, Christchurch.
