Big Bunny's Golden Roma Tomato (Determinate)
A prolific producer of oval medium-sized fruit with great flavour and colour. This deep orange tomato is lovely eaten raw and cooks down to a good sauce.
Start tomato seeds indoors in seed trays in late winter or spring and bring them on in pots until the last frost has passed. Harden off carefully for a few days before planting outdoors or in a glasshouse.
Determinate tomatoes have a bush-type growth pattern, so support the plant and let it branch, but remove lower leaves as the fruit develops to assist ventilation.
Open pollinated - some variation possible.
