Easy to pop onto your yoga mat and you can adjust to size. It can be worn over your shoulder with the mat on the side of your body, or lengthwise with the mat at the back of you. Handles have about 3 - 4 inches stretch.

Measurements: 57 inches long - including the adjustable loops and 1 1/2 inches wide.
Made with 100 pc cotton yarn.
