Memory Medium

Your memories are preserved by taking cherished items of clothing or blankets and turning them into a bear. Each memory bear is custom made to order and handcrafted so they are completely unique.

Once clothing is received from the buyer, the process begins. Each piece of clothing is cut, backed with stabilizer and made into a one of a kind memory bear.

This is your bear - your memories - be as specific as you like! If you want to highlight a specific part or section of an item to use, please let me know and I will do my best to include it. Will send back all the leftover fabric or your request.

I’m based in Birkenhead Auckland, you are more than welcome to drop off your parcel or post it to me. I will message you with shipping instructions within 24 hours after your order has been placed. The cost of shipping your item to me is not included in this listing. Please allow 1-2 weeks after I receive your item for completion. I will keep you updated on your order.

Bears are not made to be machine washed, spot clean only. These are not meant to be toys, but keepsakes.

Recommended fabrics: stable, woven fabrics. Overly stretchy fabrics are not recommended for these bears. Knitted fabric not to bulky or loose knitted.

One X large shirt typically makes one Large bear.
Large to medium size shirts will be enough for the medium size bears.
If sending smaller size articles of clothing, it may take 2-3 for a bear.
Keepsake bears can use up to 6 to 12 new born outfits.
Some bears may have extra additons on request depending on how much material is left to work with once bear is completed.
