New Zealand Pounamu with sterling silver earring hooks.
These gorgeous greenstones are Tangiwai,, a type of Pounamu found in the deep South of Fiordland that has lovely pockets of translucency when held to the light. These ones have lovely wispy patterns.
Drop length is 1.9 inches or 4.8cm from the top of the earring hook.. the stone itself measures 3cm
Greenstone or Pounamu is found only in Westland, South Island of New Zealand.
Maori believe Greenstone is a peace stone. It brings healing properties of renewal, courage, strength & justice It is known also a heart chakra stone.
They will arrive in a lovely gift pouch with a hand written card describing the properties of the Greenstone
I use NZ Courier post which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Overseas parcels are shipped with DHL ,fully tracked. They take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
I pack them safely in clean recycled packaging.
