Stunning Handcrafted Feather Earrings

These unique Feather Earring that have a paua look to them have been handcrafted from a vintage serving tray.
With movement you will see flashes of blue, green, pink and purple.
Total length including sterling silver hooks 6.5cm and super light weight.
No two feathers will ever be the same , their uniqueness comes from hand cutting, the design from the tray each are cut from and created patina.
A special jewellery coating has been applied to each leaf to stop further tarnishing and lock in the colours. Do not shower or swim with them on, don't spray with perfume, hair spray or any aerosol products.
** To clean the feathers, wash with a gentle detergent and water ONLY. Should the hooks need cleaning please remove them from the feathers and clean with silver polish **
As with all vintage items that I craft into beautiful jewellery, there may be slightly imperfections from a much loved and well used previous life. These imperfections are part of its history and just add to the charm of each item.
