No Nasties or artificial ingredients, or Salt which strips your hair
Rub over hair a couple of times and lather in, leave for a few seconds then rinse off
Leaves Hair feeling Smooth and Silky & squeaky clean
Use liquid conditioner if needed but not necessary
Keep dry in-between uses
