Lie down and place the pillow over your eyes to block out the light for for some serious relaxation. The organic flaxseeds provide a gentle weight, and the scent of the dried lavender is very calming - just drift away and dream!
If required, you can chill the pillow in the freezer, or heat it 15 seconds in the microwave before use.
The cover is removable so you can wash it from time to time.
