Chamomile - used traditionally to release feelings of nervous tension, irritability and restlessness.
Bergamot - for uplifting and calming during times of anxiety or low mood. Can lighten and refresh when feeling angry, frustrated or low in confidence.
Frankincense - a calming and opening effect on the mind, ideal for release during meditation or times of stress and anxiety.
Each summer sweet clusters of white and yellow Chamomile flowers return in abundance to the Fermata gardens. Their appearance invites a moment of pause and a release of worry. It is however their scent we covet for Water, our Release dhoop.
Once gathered, the Chamomile flowers are dried, powdered and combined with frankincense resin and bergamot essential oil for a delicate, woody, citrus scent to strengthen and relax the energetic mind.
Take a break from your day to let it all float away - the good, bad, ugly, past, present, future. Push it all to one side to pause and watch the smoke rise from the stillness. Find release in letting go.
