Re-usable, washable, cotton face mask

I have sewn these masks at home, from cotton fabric.
They are 2 layers, with 3 pleats, and have an opening at the back to allow you to add a third layer of fabric or perhaps coffee filter paper, if you wish.
There is a pipe cleaner sewn in to the top, and elastic for your ears to help the mask sit comfortably on your face.
It is recommended that the mask be washed in hot soapy water and then ironed, after each use.
