The Trout Filleting board helps make filleting your fish easy. The fillet board has a stainless steel marine grade clamp that holds the fish tail and keeps the fish in place while you are filleting and cleaning.
Made by Ben in his parents garage - Ben’s is 17 and enjoys creating pieces from wood, this is his first project and has given him something to do during lockdown.
Made from NZ Recycled Timber, the filleting board is very durable and portable.
Stained with kitchen timber oil. Each board will differ slightly.
