This is the original open-top soap shaker design.
One less plastic bottle in the kitchen! Use this hand crafted soap shaker with dish soap instead of detergent.
Pop a bar of the soap of your choice into the cage and swish it in hot water to obtain a lather.
Also useful in the laundry or anywhere else you want a soapy lather.
Zero waste - When the soap gets skinny, just slip it in alongside the next bar. You can also use up your other soap scraps this way.
These hand made utensils are created using the simplest of tools, giving that hand-crafted look.
Minimum environmental impact - Made with the simplest materials and methods possible to keep their environmental footprint tiny. Even the jigs on which the components are made and assembled are made of re-purposed waste material.
Zero-energy - Only hand tools are used in making my shakers. No energy-consuming, emission-creating industrial metalworking processes used here!
