Little houses brooch - oak and white acrylic
NZ $14.00
This storybook-style brooch is made from laser-cut oak and white acrylic. It pictures three little houses on a small hill under a fluffy white cloud. The oak wood background evokes a textured sky.
It measures approximately 4cm wide x 5cm high x 1cm thick (1.5 x 2 x 3/8 inches). The thick oak base gives it weight and stability. Its the perfect size for displaying on a jacket lapel.
The brooch is finished with a 100% natural beeswax and manuka oil polish, and sealed with a non-toxic varnish. It has a simple hook clasp on the back for secure attachment.
The brooch is designed and made by me in Wellington.
The brooch you receive may have a slightly different oak background than the one in the photos due to natural variations in the wood. Other styles also available in this shape.
