When I was looking for a blend that nourished and cared for the entire female body, most of what I found centered around moon time. But we are so much more than that! So I created this blend to nourish the entire body. With nourishing and nutritive herbs like Raspberry, Nettle, and Dandelion, Eleuthero for fatigue and adrenal support, and Hawthorn for the heart, this blend is made to support you and all of your Wise Feminine ways.

Red Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus)
The traditional use of raspberry medicinal herb tea is as a female tonic to alleviate menstrual cramps and discomfort. Astringent properties stop excessive bleeding and calm cramps during heavy periods. Raspberry leaf tea is a safe, nutritive, uterine tonic.

Nettle (Urtica dioica)
Nettle is considered one of the best all round women's tonics. It builds energy from the inside out by nourishing the adrenals. Regular use of stinging nettle not only increases energy, it brings a shine and swing to the hair, strengthens fingernails, clears and firms skin, restores elasticity to blood vessels, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, counters incontinence, improves digestion, reduces cancer risk, and strengthens the lungs.

Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
Translated as “having one hundred roots” and also referred to as meaning “having one hundred husbands”, Shatavari’s name gives reference to its traditional use as a rejuvenative tonic for the female reproductive system. It is an antispasmodic, an aphrodisiac, demulcent, digestive, diuretic, galactogogue, and is often used for infertility and for women's health.

Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale)
It also stimulates digestion and supports the liver - the major organ that helps rid the body of toxins and excess hormones, including the androgens that trigger acne breakouts. As a specific herb for the liver, it also benefits the female reproductive system by helping to regulate and normalize hormone production.

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)
Motherwort is an antispasmodic, carminative, gentle sedative, strengthens heart function, uterine stimulant, and promotes menstruation. Helpful for allaying nervous irritability and inducing quiet and passivity of the whole nervous system. A tonic for menopausal symptoms, menstrual pain, anxiety, and heart weaknesses.
In 1652, Culpeper stated that there was "no better herb to drive away melancholy vapours from the heart, to strengthen it and make the mind cheerful."

Yellow Dock root Rumex crispus
A detoxifying herb, Yellow Dock root is used to purify the blood. It stimulates the flow of bile, thereby enhancing digestion and getting rid of toxic wastes. Such cleansing is used to treat a number of conditions marked by stagnant toxins in the body including skin and digestion issues.

Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
An ancient Chinese proverb is, “I would rather take a handful of eleuthero than a cartload of gold and jewels.” In the frigid regions of China, Russia, and Japan, reindeer, a symbol of strength and endurance, consume this plant. Eleuthero nourishes the adrenals. It’s considered an adaptogen and can help you acclimate to stressful situations. It improves endurance, moods, work productivity, and accuracy. It helps the body cope with stress.

Hawthorn berry (Crataegus monogyna)
Hawthorn berries have been used as a heart tonic for thousands of years. Hawthorn strengthens the heart muscles, dilates the blood vessels, and improves circulation. It also calms the spirit and increases circulation to the brain. It helps relieve negative feelings from the heart and encourages knowledge of the strength and resiliency of the heart.

Wild yam (Dioscorea villosa)
Historically, it appears to support healthy menstrual cycles by lessening pain and cramping. Wild yam has a long history of giving women relief from hot flashes, insomnia, hot flashes, insomnia, cramps, headaches, migraines, and vaginal dryness.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
A good circulatory stimulant, helping blood flow to the surface and making it a valuable remedy for chilblains and poor circulation to the extremeties. By improving circulation, ginger also helps high blood pressure.

Take 1-3 dropperfuls, 1-3 times a day straight under the tongue. I do not add any vegetable glycerin or honey to this blend. What you get is maximum potency. If the taste is too strong you can add it to a glass of water.

**This is an 80 proof alcohol-based tincture with a 1:2 herb to menstruum ratio
