This combination of 8mm stones, and natural woody rudraksha seeds make up this unique 108 bead mala. Bringing the nurturing and joyful qualities of nature right to your heart. The mala can be worn as a necklace or bracelet, each bead is hand-knotted protecting the beads if the strand should break. Hand-knotted strands feel luxurious and soft and fall and drape beautifully. A Japa mala or mala (Sanskrit:माला; mālā, meaning garland) is a set of beads commonly used by Yogis, Hindus and Buddhists. Malas are used for keeping count while reciting, chanting, or mentally repeating a mantra or the name or names of a deity. This practice is known in Sanskrit as japa. Malas are typically made with 18, 27, 54 or 108 beads.

Rudraksha beads are said to be the Jewel of the Gods and find mention in ancient Puranas and Upanishads. Rudraksha seeds are said to have originated from the tears of Lord Shiva. Rudraksha beads have been used by Yogis and Spiritual people seeking a fearless life, self-empowerment and enlightenment. Worn for success, to gain power, health, wealth, fame, protection and abundance. Rudrakshas can be found in nature with 1 mukhi to 21 mukhi or more. (mukhi meaning face or side)

Nephrite Jade (greenstone) is often used in dream work, to help with lucid dreaming, and with remembering dreams. Nephrite Jade carries a revitalizing energy that can help to speed healing. It is a stone of health and abundance, allowing Divine energy to enhance the circumstances of life. Green connects you to the heart chakra, bringing in an energy of nurturing, compassion, and an abundance of love and forgiveness.

Jaspers come in lots of colours and types.
Jasper is a stone of gentleness and relaxation. It enhances one's ability to relax and brings tranquillity, comforting, wholeness, healing, and gentle endings. Psychically, Jasper is used to assist with astral travel. In the physical realm, Jasper is used for the liver, gallbladder, soothing the stomach including heartburn and acid reflux, and balancing yin/yang energies. Jasper is a variety of quartz, so it also has the metaphysical and healing lore energies of quartz.

Sea Sediment Jasper is a gemstone of stability. It is said to be a powerful protection against things that are not good for you and it eases emotional stresses, making it a wonderful gemstone to wear on yourself.

The blue & green varieties of Sea Sediment Jasper are wonderful stones for helping one find inner peace, clarity, love and compassion, helping with the alignment of the physical and “Light” bodies and is an excellent stone for emotional healing.

Jasper is recognised as the “supreme nurturer”. It holds and supports during times of stress, bringing a sense of completeness and tranquillity. It is often used to help with dream recall and shamanic journeying.

A stone of protection, Tiger Eye may also bring good luck to the wearer. It has the power to focus the mind, promoting mental clarity, assisting us to resolve problems objectively and unclouded by emotions. Particularly useful for healing psychosomatic illnesses, dispelling fear and anxiety. Useful for recognising one’s own needs in relation to the needs of others. Balancing yin-yang and energising the emotional body, Tiger Eye stabilises mood swings, imbues us with willpower, purpose, courage and self-confidence, and releases tension.

Crazy Lace Agate is called the Laughter Stone, or "Happy Lace." It is associated with sunny Mexican fiestas and dancing and brings joy to those who wear it. It is not a stone of protection, but of support and encouragement, elevating thoughts and promoting optimism. Its graceful design, in random lacy patterns, creates a circular flow of energy, stimulating for the mind and attitude.
