Roll up, roll up... In ‘Carousel,’ the ringmaster has literally run away with the circus, carrying the big top on top of her hair and becoming a sideshow attraction of her own.

The latest addition to my Habitat Hairdos series, in which creatures inhabit the locks of lonely girls, this time the animals are carved and the hair is cotton candy, evoking a dreamy carnival with regal steeds that rise and fall rhythmically with the hypnotic music of the merry-go-round.

The original work combines wallpaper, acrylic, pencil, spraypaint and gilding wax on a circular board, and uses a rich colour scheme of pinks, golds and burgundy.

All my works are printed on Epson Watercolour art paper using archival quality inks - and of course the watermark you see onscreen does not appear on the print itself.

Your print will be unframed, packaged in a cardboard mailing tube and sent via Fastway Couriers, which takes 1-3 days for delivery. I'll mail the package within 3 working days of your payment clearing.
