Ecrou Poupee

Mimi thought these looked like acorn dolls and Rufus thought they looked very French, hence the name. Actually the French translation for acorn was not very appealing so we went with nut instead.

These have been made for lots of love, cuddles nd adventures.

Each is unique as we don't use any patterns. We start by making the head and go from there. Everything is hand made even the knitted and crochet elements. The eyes are embroidered. All the clothes and hair have been sewn in place which makes them safe for little ones.

This Poupee has a wool knitted hat, wool jumper and cotton dress. The legs are merino and face cotton knit. The hair is wool.

She is 32cm from top of hat to toes.
