Detoxifying Lavender Facial Clay Mask Gift Set

This listing is for the Detox Clay Mask (which can also be purchased seperately), accompanied by a gorgeous little hand formed white pottery dish and the perfect applicator brush for your mask.

The mask may also be applied by hand or using a wooden implement, but the brush completes the perfect luxury, as the sheer feeling of the clay being applied to your face in this way enhances the whole experience. Once discovered you never look back! (Well I haven't anyway).

The dish is bespoke, made by a local West Coast Potter specifically for my shop to be used in this way.

About the mask-

A nutrient rich cleanser this mask will leave your skin feeling silky, nourished and refined.

The mask is made using the highest quality sodium bentonite clay we could source.
The clay absorbs toxins and excess oil from your skin and lifts dead skin cells to leave a bright new layer of skin.
Combine that with the antibacterial and restorative properties of organic lavender and multiflora honey, and the nutrient packed goodness of wonder plant spirulina, and you end up with a powerful detoxifying nourishing skin revival kit all in one.

This jar contains a full 60 gms of dry mixture. This will equate to 15 or more treatments, dependant on the thickness you apply.

To use, mix a teaspoon of clay with a little honey, water or both and mix to a paste. Best applied with a brush, but you can also use a small spatula or finger tips. Apply to face avoiding the eye and mouth areas, leave for about 10-20 minutes. You may spritz the mask to keep it damp if you prefer, this will also keep it more active. Remove using a warm flannel to reveal a bright fresh new layer of skin. If your skin is quite dry you may prefer to mix the clay just with honey, this means the mask remains flexible and does not dry out so much.

Please avoid using any metal with the wet mix of this product, as this may cause a reaction in the clay.

A little goes a long way with this product. If you have any left over after application you may cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
