600 grams of our Romney Aran weight is approx 1000 metres/1090 yards. Enough to knit an adult garment, or an older child's garment with a hood.
It is a hand dyed Rosewood Romney wool that has been worsted spun which means it will pill very little, and will soften beautifully with wear and washing.

We recommend knitting on 4.5-5.5 mm needles. We suggest you alternate balls as you go to eliminate striping or pooling of colour.
This yarn blooms beautifully and is very warm as it is untreated and 100% pure NZ wool.
