Beautiful beads for prayer, meditation and affirmations. They are held in the hands or counted through the fingers to engage the body as well as the mind in personal spiritual practice. They can be used as an anchor for affirmations and when used with repetitive phrases or prayers they can bring comfort in challenging times.

These beads (also called "comfort beads" and "story beads") borrow from many traditions and do not belong to any one belief or religion. Easily slipped into a pocket or purse, they also look great on a coffee or bedside table.

This strand is made with sparkling facetted Czech crystal oval beads in three groups of three beads separated by pewter star beads which have been lightly oxidised to give an antique finish - these are the "rest" beads and symbolise hope.

The beads come together in a circle at a silver daisy, followed by another star bead surrounded by glass leaves (growth). The affirmation symbol is an angel made from lucite and glass petals, pewter and crystal.

These beads come gift-wrapped as a treat for you to open (or ready to give to someone special) together with a pamphlet explaining their purpose.
