Lancewood pants

I love lancewood, it's so different from any other trees around there, hence the Lancewood pants!

These forest green linen/cotton mix pants have a hand painted lancewood forest on the front and a back of one leg and a corded detail made with grey,green and brown warigated merino wool at the bottom of the legs and around the waist.

The fabric is medium weigh, so sturdy enough for exploring in, legs are wide and the length is 3/4 or above ankle for a smaller child, waist elastic is rather loose to ensure a comfy fit. The waist elastic can easily be shortened for a slim child because it's placed in a casing, not sewn to the fabric.

Seams are joined with overlocker 5 thread safety stitch what gives them durability and a clean finish.
