Stamp Collection #22 (Circle mixed media magnet)
Size – approx 8.5cm in diameter
These funky mixed media magnets are a unique way to bring a little art into the ordinary every day. They look great on the fridge at home or on the filing cabinet in the office and make a really fun gift for a friend. I’ve called this wee series the Stamp Collection as each magnet features a lovely old stamp out of our childhood collection! The magnets are all one-of-a-kind, handmade and truly unique designs and they have a wonderful vintage feel to them.
Shapes are cut by hand from 3mm MDF board and sealed with a protective undercoat. The mixed media design is then created using gorgeous papers, paints, buttons and stamps and a magnetic sheet is cut to shape by hand and sealed to the back of the piece.
Designed to be mainly decorative, these are also functional which is a lovely plus! Please note that due to the size of the magnets they are strong enough to hold 1-2 pieces of paper only.
