Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos or All Souls Day) is a huge celebration in Mexico that takes place on every November 2nd. It is a day to remember all those who have passed and hosts a happy and colourful festival with lots of music, food and dancing.
This brooch features the image of a Sugar Skull which is a common decoration used during Dia de los Muertos.
The brooch is made out of Alexander Henry fabric applied to soft black felt with a gold tone brooch back sewn on.
It is roughly 9cm tall so is fairly large. Looks awesome pinned to a black tote bag or to the chest of your favourite tee.
