Where's my purchase?

If your purchase hasn't arrived within the timeframe you'd expect it to, contact the seller directly via our messaging system.

You can do this by logging in to Felt and clicking "Items you've bought" (under Purchases) on your My account page. To the right of each image on the list is a contact link to the seller.

If it appears that the item has gone missing during shipping, please ask the seller to follow this up for you with their shipping provider.

If you don't get a response from the seller within a few days, contact Felt support and we'll follow this up for you.

Felt takes all care to ensure transactions go smoothly, but responsibility lies with the buyers and sellers, as described in part one of our terms and conditions.
