Within New Zealand postage is absolutely Free of charge.
Your jewellery is sent via courier post, which will reach you within 1-3 working days.
For overseas orders there is a flat rate of $6.
Your order will be sent via insured trackable airmail.This generally arrives within 5-10 days of postage.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
It is my job to make sure that you are entirely happy with your purchase.
Therefore if there should be a fault or a problem with the quality of your jewellery I will happily refund or exchange the item.
For ring purchases, please take care to order to correct size, as there will be a charge of $10 plus the cost of return postage to resize your order.
