SHIPPING
Within New Zealand there id a flat rate of $5 for orders up to $100. Orders over $100 are sent free of charge.
Your jewellery is sent via courier post, which will reach you within 1-3 working days.
Orders over $150 will require a signature on delivery.
The rate for Australian orders is $8.50.
For everywhere else in the world the rate is $10.
Overseas orders are sent via airmail and can be expected within 4-10 working days.
Orders over $100 include insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for orders up to this amount please contact us for a rate.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
It is my job to make sure that you are entirely happy with your purchase.
Therefore if there should be a fault or a problem with the quality of your jewellery I will happily refund or exchange the item.
For ring purchases, please take care to order to correct size, as there will be a charge of $15 plus the cost of return postage to resize your order.
