When it comes to our Spicy crumbcoats, We specialize in only the very hot end of the Chili scale and grow some of the worlds hottest chilies in our greenhouse. We combine these with our own recipes to make 4 very different but very hot crumbcoats suitable for coating meats, fish and poultry.
