I love the swimwear people wore between the 1900s and 1950s.
These swimsuits are so much more beautiful and flattering than the togs of any other time in history (In my opinion)
With my Swanwear brand I aim to recreate the flattering lines, the playful, fun and sexy bathing beauties of these periods using new fabrics that last well in chlorine.
I have worked for many years making costumes for film and theatre and won a few awards including the Supreme Award in the 'World of Wearable Art Show' (WOW), for my costume 'Season Reign'
Now with two young children, who I also love to spend time with,
I have narrowed my workload down to focusing solely on my swimwear.
I enjoy every bathing costume I make and am very happy to make-to-measure.
