Welcome to our small, full of passion, SmileNZ enterprise, where we offer you stylish merino garments with a difference.
My daughter and I have been running this business for the past eight years. We are situated in the good ol’ Mot Valley, near sunny Nelson. We are a mother and daughter run business, working from home. Our rural lifestyle and local community, inspire us to continue producing our innovative, unique and tailored wares, which our customers love! The most amazing reward Christine and I receive from being in this business is the feedback. People tell us their delighted stories of how they are complimented on their new look.
Some of you have probably met our SmileNZ stall at the local Saturday Market in Nelson. We also venture around New Zealand to other fetes and festivals such as: WOMAD, Thornden Fair and Martinborough Fair. Christine develops the creative designs for our garments while I enjoy the sewing. All of our merino fabrics are all 100% manufactured in New Zealand. As a team we made the active choice to strive for sustainability, naturally that lead us to offer hand crafted clothes made from local fabrics
