WHO IS RASPBERRY JELLY
I am the ONLY designer, creator, jewellery maker, photographer, shipper, receiver, manager, etc… if you have a question, please don’t hesitate to contact me by sending me a message.
The items listed are by no means a full catalogue. Many items can be customised to fit your wishes.
PAYMENT
All orders are ‘paid in advance’ sales. I do offer payment options of credit cards, internet banking and layby.
Laybuys – unless otherwise discussed with me – it is expected the full amount will be paid within 6 weeks.
RETURNS
Earrings and Personalized items may not be returnable or refunded back. If you’re just unhappy with your item, and it’s a custom made or personalised piece then the piece is yours to keep. I regret that I cannot issue a refund. HOWEVER... if your item is faulty or I have made an error I will replace it. I will abide by all NZ consumer laws.
Items for refund must be returned regardless of the condition. All faulty items may be replaced or refunded.
Since each situation is different, please contact me for further assistance.
DELIVERY
All ‘items in stock’ are available for immediate dispatch following payment clearing. Whilst every effort is made to make sure the stock quantities and prices are accurate. I do reserve the right to backorder items that are found to be out of stock or adjust incorrect pricing. This will be in discussion with you. The colour of these items photographed may appear slightly different in person due to screen and camera calibration, this is beyond my control… if the colours end up unsuitable, please refer to the returns clause below.
Due to the handmade nature of some of my designs, my current estimated time frame for processing for these designs is currently 2-4 weeks. This is an estimate not a guarantee.
Tracking my order.
Small items are couriered to you with Courier Post – when I ship it you will see a tracking number and this can be tracked via www.courierpost.co.nz. Your item must be signed for so please be aware of this with the shipping address given. All courier items are insured to the value of $1000. This is unique to Raspberry Jelly, typically jewellery is not covered by courier companies.
Large items and Rural Deliveries are couriered via Pass the parcel and can be tracked via http://www.passtheparcel.co.nz/customer/track.html
How long will it take to process my order and to receive it?
I will try to process your order within 48 hours* (business hours) after payment has been received. I will contact you if this is not possible.
*Hand-stamped items will take 2 -3 weeks in production, please allow this in your time-frame.
North Island deliveries will be 1 – 2 days
South Island Deliveries 2-3 days
Rural Deliveries 3 days
Australia 3-6 working days – but allow 9 days.
PO Box deliveries are overnight.
INTERNATIONAL
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Jewellery by Raspberry Jelly is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our Web site and the Facebook page under the name Raspberry Jelly; as well as all transactions conducted through the sites.
I am aware that by coming to Raspberry Jelly that you have made a conscious choice of using us over other businesses. We will try our best in our dealings with you to confirm to you that you made a great decision.

Choosing your design
Choice of Metal – I do not hold high levels of metals in stock. If your design uses a ‘non-common’ piece, this may be required to be ordered in. This may delay your piece by up to 10 days.
Birthstones – there are currently 4 options available.

Fonts – I currently have 5 fonts available. If you'd like to see these, please message me and I can send you the link. Please advise at ordering if you have a preference of use of case.
Your own design – If you would like a piece made for you that isn’t currently listed, please make contact with me via email or messaging via Facebook.
Hand Stamping is an art form and is unique to every piece.
As each letter is individually hand stamped on to the piece the depth of the impression and the alignment of characters and spacing may vary slightly from one character to the next. These attributes should be considered part of its personal character’ rather than a defect. It is completely different to engraving. If you are looking for a perfect piece then hand-stamped Jewellery may not be for you.
Working with a hammer will sometimes causes scratches or tiny imperfections on the metal. This is normal for hand stamped jewellery. This is more common in the rustic metals like: aluminium, copper and brass. (hence the name ‘rustic’). I do polish up the pendants to eliminate some of these. One way to ‘hide’ imperfections is to ask for a brushed finish or a hammered/dimpled finish. In most cases it is not visible at all.
I stamp many different metals…
Sterling Silver, Silver Filled, Gold Filled, Nickel Silver, Bronze, Alkeme, Brass and Copper. Some metals are softer than others and I cannot in any way guarantee that it will be more defined or not, that is why each piece is unique. Whilst where possible I use a lower gauge (thicker) and high quality metal, I am unable to stamp both sides as the impression is deeper than engraving, so it may leave may show a slight impression on the opposite side. You can add another disc with the extra information though.
Unless stated or discussed with you personally all pendants will come with a matching metal chain. All Chains will have a 1 month warranty on them. If your necklace breaks within the 1 month period, I will replace it for free with a new one. The 1 month period starts 1 week after it’s been mark shipped.
Due to the custom, personalized, handmade nature of my creations, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. However if I have made a spelling error, then I will correct the error at no charge. Hand-stamping is a time consuming practice, and I make every effort and care to make your piece special.
All orders will have photos taken of them and may or may not be used as promotional material. Please advise at time of ordering if this is not suitable with you.
Chains and Gemstones and Birthstones may vary in style since I do not make those. They come from the manufacturer; variations to the photos are to be expected.
Please be aware that small pieces/parts of the jewellery such as the birthstone jewels may be a choking hazards to small infants. Therefore no item is recommended for children under 3.
