Shipping Policy

Within NZ
Courier service - overnight service across town, 1 - 3 days rest of NZ.

International
All items are shipped with NZ Post. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive if you have an overseas order. Where possible, postage is combined at no extra cost. Please note no responsibility is taken for lost parcels due to the parcel changing postal services on its journey to its destination. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact me and let me know. An international courier service is available at an additional cost. Please let me know your preference for this prior to placing your order so I can confirm shipping costs.

Payment Policy
All payments are to be made within 3 days of purchase. Once your payment has been confirmed your item will be sent out the next working day so long as it is in stock. If you have requested a custom item your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days.

Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item you receive is either not what you ordered or is defective in any way please contact me and I will remedy the situation immediately.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I will do my best to sort it out for you. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason other than incorrect / defective it will be at your cost. I will review such returns on a case by case basis as everyone’s needs are different. There is nothing I want more than a happy customer:-)
