Hi there. I'm Princess Deborah (I wish!)

An artist on a voyage of discovery. A dreamer and hopeless romantic. Paper, fabric, lace, wool, natural materials and buttons are my passion. They fill my waking moments with wild imaginings and give me an outlet to channel creative energy. Occasionally when the time is right, the wild imaginings morph into jewellery and other accessories that scream...

" Look at me! Touch me! Wear me!"

Creativity for me is like "kissing a frog." Hence the name of my website. A transformation takes place between the inspiration, the thought and the raw material. In my case, recycled material-"frog", morphs into something magical and new-"prince". Sometimes the most uninspiring materials make the prettiest eye pleasing pieces... handsome princes and happily ever afters.

My aim is to infuse each creation with a sense of playfulness as well as practicality. If what I have made can elicit a smile or brighten someone's day then that is where the true transformation takes place.
