Actually being lucky enough to live in Heritage Homestead is an inspiration. Also my love of words and literature was the beginning of Homestead on Felt. I love pure linen, cotton, silk, good design,tea in bone china and wine in a crystal glass.
Everything well made and quality to last. As Granny would have said, "buy it once dear".
I am also inspired by living in England for so many years where I picked up the english style of traditional eclectic interior design. Mixing things together is an unusual way would describe my own style. Cushions can make a plain space a luxurious space or make a subtle statement and be a wonderful and thoughtful gift.
