My name is Hannah Cossey. I create beautiful dolls and teddy bears and have a business called Butterfly Kisses. Butterfly Kisses is all about creating lovely childhood memories....

Ever since I was little I have loved collecting things especially anything old. My favourite author is Enid Blyton and over the years I have collected almost 200 of her books. I also loved books like Pollyanna, Little House on the Prairie, Milly Molly Mandy and Alice in Wonderland.

I started making dolls because I would read about little girls in books whose mothers had made them little rag dolls and I wanted one just like theirs. I saw my mum sewing and asked if I could have her sewing scraps and I created my first doll : )

From there the passion grew as I realised that I could make characters that I had read about or create my own.
