Hi, I'm Emma and I am a mother of 2 under 5yrs. I started Balloons & Buttercream as an outlet for my creativity. I love throwing parties and would always have trouble deciding on a theme for my kids birthday parties. I decided I would start Balloons & Buttercream to channel those ideas.
