My interest in felting and the making of felt items started whilst studying for an HND in Fine Art Textiles in the UK. Once achieved I used this as a springboard to create unique handcrafted items from the raw materials - in my case 'sheep'.
I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and shapes, often combining detailed stitching in the process.
Each piece is handcrafted by me which means that every one is unique!!
They will all be slightly different from each other. I love thinking ahead to the next idea as I finish my first. My mind a constant whirl of excitement.
