In the rhythm of their knitting needles knitters often find music for their souls.......

I learnt to knit when I was 5 years old, never knowing what a knit-a-holic I would grow into! I have now been knitting for over 50 years and guarantee my knitting is of an exceptionally high standard, is knot-free and sewn up to have almost invisible seams. I specialize in knitting for children, using modern styles and colorful ‘interesting’ wool…. and I have discovered the more knitting I do, the better knitter I become! I do repeat some styles, but if it’s in wool used previously I add embroidery or beading, so no two garments are the same.

I live in Taupo, New Zealand and the background sound of clicking knitting needles is usually in my home, the by-product three grandchildren wearing dozens and dozens of garments I have created! My spare time is often spent with my young grandchildren, Zola and Trixie (whom I’m currently teaching to knit) and my grandson Quill.
