We are Roxy and Dan - a husband and wife jewelry-designing and manufacturing team based in Hamilton, New Zealand - who bring you contemporary handmade jewelry inspired by ancient art and traditions.

Self-taught but passionate about our craft, we work in traditional metal-smithing as well as newer techniques such as metal clay.

Metal clay is a very versatile, eco-friendly, crafting medium, which was invented in Japan over 20 years ago. It consists of very small particles of recycled silver, gold, bronze, or copper mixed in a clay-like suspension with an organic binder and water.

This amazing medium can be shaped just like regular clay, by hand or using modelling tools. After drying, the metal clay is fired in a kiln or with a handheld butane torch. In a process of pure magic, the binder burns away, revealing the now beautiful and fully fused piece of solid metal.

We find Inspiration all around us: in nature, art, history or people. We especially feel inspired by ancient art, symbols and traditions.

We believe jewelry is about beauty and happiness and how it makes us excited about living. That's why each piece is personally designed and hand-crafted by us - with great love and care - in our home studio - with the aim of bringing you the pure joy of a unique, handcrafted and well-made product.
