I wasn't 100% happy with my necklace. It was faulty and instead of getting a new one I got a fixed job which to me wasn't perfect for the money I paid. I also never got a reply once I brought this up.A real shame as the rest of the necklace was lovely and lovely attention to detail in the packaging. I had planned on ordering a second necklace but won't be now.
