This 12 step bracelet has been designed for members of 12 step recovery programs, as well as being a lovely piece of handmade jewelry to remind you during the day of the benefits of your new life.
My 12 step bracelets are laid out to assist with the practice of Step 11. Prayer beads have been used by many cultures for centuries as a way of clearing the mind and focusing on prayer and meditation.
The way the beads are laid out enables you to keep track of your prayers by sliding one bead through your fingers after each prayer. You can pray a prayer relevant to each step, or keep track of how many times you have prayed a favorite prayer.
This handmade 12-Step bracelet features 12 turquoise gemstone beads - three larger 8mm rounds and nine 6mm rounds. Turquoise is a healing stone, and looks great with bright silver. It comes with a pamphlet explaining its layout and how to use it.
After the first three Step beads, there is a pewter "love" bead that has a heart on the reverse side, together with butterfly charm signifying freedom of spirit.
This bracelet is 19cm long and will fit a wrist up to 17.5cm. You can wear it shorter by doing the clasp up anywhere along the chain, leaving the crystals to hang as a dangle. Just let me know if you would like the size altered to fit.
