New Zealand Greenstone Pounamu Toki~ beautiful patterns
New Zealand Greenstone or Pounamu Toki. A nice solid piece and very nicely carved with bevelled edges and a slightly curved face. Beautiful green colouring and wonderful patterns within the stone.

Maori believe Greenstone is a peace stone. It brings healing properties of renewal, courage, strength & justice It is known also a heart chakra stone, making it a nice gift for a loved one or to yourself for strengthening your heart.
Greenstone is only revealed to the surface through earthquakes or erosion.
The stone measures 6cm or 2.25 inches long and 1.25 inches across at the bottom, and 7mm thick. Hung on a black plaited adjustable cord with slip knots so it can be worn long or short. 38-65cm long.
This piece will arrive in a gift pouch and I include a handwritten descriptive card with the symbolism of the design and properties of the stone.
Items within NZ are sent by Courier post which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive within NZ.
Overseas parcels are sent standard post and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive in the Northern hemisphere. Or please ask for an upgrade to DHL, this takes 6-10 days to arrive in the Northern Hemisphere.
Items are safely packaged in cardboard and recycled materials.
