I love getting new woodcuts to play with - often an unusual combination will jump out and just seem right together. This rather gorgeous mermaid needed more than the average rock...
The woodcuts are made by applying paper imagery to woodboard and laser cutting. I finnish the woodcuts with multiple coats of matte varnish and attach a small but very strong magnet to the back. The mermaid measures just under 5cm in height and just under 7cm in width.
