Triptych (three panel painting) handpainted on leather. Very lightweight. The paint makes the leather pieces quite stiff, so it hangs nicely.
Painted first with a gesso primer, layers of acrylic paint and then layers of gloss varnish.
Presented on a 51 cm (20 inch) antique brass fine chain with a lobster clasp (bottom panel comes to approximately mid bust). Can be put on a shorter (40 cm/15.7 inches) or longer (60 cm/23.6 inches) chain if you prefer.
Dimensions of the panels: 9.5 cm (total height) x 5.5 cm (width).
Reverse is painted copper.
Please note: The necklace is relatively delicate, so please be gentle.
