Handmade journal, Whimsy Chevron

This little journal makes a perfect travel companion. Colourful and whimsy just the perfect place for you to jot down travel thoughts, describing every detail of the weather, scenary, smell and the people. You could even pen down some romantic poems along the way. It will sure to put on a smile one day when you re-visit this little book. But of course you can also scribble anything you wish in this book :)

The journal is made with a lovely whimsy chevron cotton fabric as the front cover and blue denim as the back cover. It's A6 in size which is about 15cm x 10.5cm (6" x 4"). It has 140 blank pages of 100gsm cream coloured paper that is chlorine free. I bound this journal with french stitch binding that allows the book to lay completely flat when opened so you can write on it conveniently. It comes with an elastic strap to hold your pages together when not in use. Plus a lovely little bookmark for you to return to your favourite page easily.

Each journal is carefully made by cutting and folding the selected papers. Covers are wrapped with fabric. Folded papers and covers are then bound together with crochet thread. I made them beautifully on the inside as well as on the outside. Every single journal is unique in it's special way and no two are alike.
