A beautiful New Zealand handmade rosary in deep forest green nephrite jade (greenstone) with bright gold center and crucifix.

I've made this rosary in the traditional Catholic layout with five decades of Hail Mary beads separated with larger Our Father beads that come together at a center medal. The front extension has two more Our Father beads and three Hail Mary's and the lovely ornate gold pewter crucifix.

The Hail Mary's are 8mm round greenstone, and the Our Father's are 10mm round. The colour is a gorgeous deep green which unfortunately is a bit hard to capture with the camera - I use natural daylight for the photos and at this time of year the greenstone comes up a little darker than in real life.

The center is a two hearts medal, showing the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart, and the crucifix is the popular grapes & vine style. both are good quality gold plated pewter from Italy.

The beads are each finished with little gold end caps and hand-linked with tarnish-resistant gold art wire. I've wire-wrapped the Our Father's for additional strength - this rosary will last for years of prayer and is covered by my lifetime written guarantee.
