I have always dabbled in arts and crafts, some of which I sold, and in my early teens I started experimenting with acrylic paint. What I enjoy the most is painting from my imagination; I just start painting and it just comes into being. I create versions of other things I have seen and really loved, or things of my own. I usually paint on wood or shells, but sometimes I will paint on canvass. I am originally from Germany and moved to New Zealand at a young age. I am based in Hastings, Hawkes Bay, and I love the region!!
