My Model of Practice
Christian Values- Is the heart of my business. I use my business to express my Christian values as Christmas is a Christian holiday. I don’t use the term Xmas because that takes Christ out of Christmas. I use my business as a platform to reach out to people to minister to people who are having a hard time at Christmas. Some people come to me and burst into tears because they are grieving a lost loved one. But by having an ornament to place on their Christmas tree it helps them to not forget and to honor a lost loved one. If my business can ease the pain of just one person then I am successful.
Creativity- I use my talents and ideas and turn them into small works of art that make customers feel special and helps them to express their creativity as well when I take their ideas and make them a reality.
Customer centric- The main focus of my business to make what the customers wants. I listen to what my customer wants and needs are and then I create an ornament.
Quality- To make not just an ornament, but a quality ornament that is durable and that will last the test of time.
Flexibility- To be flexible with either making an ornament in different colours, from what I have on order or to add extra personalisation. To be able to give the customer a product they are requesting.
Traditional – To inspire and transcend the traditional values of Christmas. To help create an atmosphere in which people can be encouraged to start new traditions for the future while holding on to the past.
