I formed Sandy Mac's in 1992 whilst living and working in Christchurch. Now living in North Canterbury I am a regular stallholder at the Amberley Farmers market and Ohoka Farmers Market summer where I am well known for my selection of delicious Dressings , Aioli ,pestos .
Made by hand in small batches to produce a high quality tasting product they are all made from locally sourced ingredients, many grown in my own garden
