SHIPPING
All orders will be sent via New Zealand Post. Please allow 2-5 days for arrival once your payment has cleared. Delivery can be arranged with New Zealand Couriers but will cost a little bit more. If you are buying from outside New Zealand items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every fascinator is handmade and colours may look different from the photos. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me. I will replace or refund items that do not meet your expectations provided they are returned to me within 7 days and are in the same condition which they were shipped. All shipping is at the buyers expense.
