Kia ora thanks for visiting my page.

I am a first generation New Zealander with English and Chinese ancestry. I have a growing awareness of the way in which the absence of deep roots in NZ affects my experience, memories, and relationships. I create ceramic and mixed media works in response to the environment around me. Connection to the earth, to the landscape and to nature provide me with solace and slow-time.

I am a graduate of the Diploma in Ceramic Arts course at Otago Polytechnic. I have been selected for exhibition recently for Sculpture on the Peninsula 2019, the Portage Ceramic Awards 2019, and the Waiclay National Ceramics Awards 2019.
